How do I upgrade or downgrade my account?

Login to awebnow.com at: http://www.awebnow.com/clientarea.php

On the black admin bar, click on the dropdown arrow next to the "Services" tab and select "My Services" from the menu.

On the "My Products & Services" page, click on the small dropdown arrow next to the "View Details" button and click on "Upgrade/Downgrade" from the menu.

Select the new plan that you would like to have and the payment terms from the drop down menu and then click on the "Choose Product" button.

The system will then attempte to process any payment difference for the remainder of the hosting time.  Once that is complete, it will automatically upgrade or downgrade your account.
